At the time of finalizing the reservation, the system sends a message with the purchase summary to your email address, as the bonus is displayed.
If your spam filter blocks and deletes the purchase summary, do not worry; we'll send it back if you request us.
You can print and keep the bonus displayed, if you want to present at your arrival, or only record locator number.
If you can not come and enjoy your holiday in Ibiza, please communicate it as soon as possible by phone or email to the hotel.
Please clearly indicate the name of the person who made the reservation, and the locator reference in the header of the voucher, when possible.
We'll refund the amounts paid in the following cases:
When you report the cancellation more than one week prior to the arrival date, we will refund all amounts paid.
When you report the cancellation less than one week in advance, we charge you the price of the first night and refund the difference.
When you cancel with just three days before arrival date —or less— it will not be possible to recover any amount paid.
When you leave earlier than planned, we will charge the price of an additional night to which you have stayed.
We currently offer a discount conditioned to not return the deposit in case of cancellation.
If you accept our discount, and then you cancel the reservation, it will not be possible to recover the amount paid in any case.

The price of the book does not include the new tourist tax, which will be communicated upon arrival, to be satisfied at the time of checkin.
The tax is calculated depending on the number of people and length of stay, among other factors.
The day of arrival we'll have your room ready after 14:00.
Subject to the availability of day, it would be possible to provide before —sometimes— the room.
The last day you must leave the room before 12:00 .
Subject to the availability of day, it would be possible to leave the room after 12:00, with an extra charge.
If the first day you plan to arrive before 14:00, or the last day you have scheduled to depart after 12:00, we offer a trunk where you can leave your luggage.
When paying by credit card, the rightful owner must be present at the reception upon arrival, for the safety of all.
